In any moment in which you’re experiencing thoughts that make you feel sick or bad, how might you change them to thoughts that support the idea of feeling good? (Question from Dr. Wayne Dyer’s “Power of Intention” card deck)
Side note: I woke up with a head cold this morning. Before randomly pulling this card, I was dwelling on thoughts of sickness rather than well-being. Now I’m working on changing those thoughts and affirming my good health.
