Have you, like me, been feeling nostalgic for the good old days – you know, like, 2 months ago?
When those waves of nostalgia wash over you, give yourself a little grace, but don’t spend a lot of time there. Realize it’s just anxiety about the future and maybe a little frustration with the present.
Keep moving forward and visualizing what you want, because what we focus on expands.
